Service Contracts
Westmeria Healthcare has a full repair and maintenance service and are able to provide service contracts to meet your needs.
As a Most Westmeria’s Products and services the prices are extremely competitive and in most cases will save you time and money.
Service contracts are tailored to suit clients needs, a general example of how one works:
• Westmeria will do a pre audit of all equipment that you may like to be on the
contract.
• Westmeria will arrange a suitable date and time suitable to yourself as to when
an Engineer will be down on site carrying out the service.
• Dependant on the equipment, Westmeria will be down onsite annually, Hoists
however is 6 monthly, this will all be highlighted at the start of the contract and
documented.
• Westmeria will then be onsite as agreed and carry out the servicing.
• Costing of Bed & PAC Servicing includes: Callout Charge, first half hour of
Labour, PAT test, checks and lubrication but excluded parts which will be
quoted at time of service, by quote and will require an authorised signatory
before any works are carried out.
• Costing of Hoist Service will include: Callout Charge, first half hour of Labour,
LOLER test, PAT test, but excluded parts which will be quoted at time of service,
by quote and will require an authorised signatory before any works are carried
out.
• Once the service is completed the Engineer will require a signature onsite and
will bring the documents back to our Head Office where all the paperwork will
be put together, and a report put together for you, this will accompany your
invoice for your ease of use.
• If for any reason you should have an emergency breakdown, with the equipment
after the within the service contract period, Westmeria do offer an additional
Emergency Ad-Hoc repair service where we can come and assist you, additional
costs will be invoiced separately after the callout takes place and will include:
• Callout
• Labour per half hour
• Parts
Service contracts include servicing and maintenance of the following equipment:
• Nursing Home Beds
• Pressure Area Care
• Hoists
